You can establish your identity and eligibility to take the online tutorial and assessment one of three ways. 

Options 1 and 2 are automatic and will authorize you to proceed online immediately. 

Option 3 sends a request to the IRB Office, and a reply with your user ID and password will be sent to you by e-mail: If you are a named investigator or contact for a research protocol that has been submitted to the CHHC IRB within the past five years, you can enter the protocol number assigned by the IRB, the Principal Investigator's last name and your last name. 

(Please note that this verification will work only if your name was included on the original project submission.  Additionally, there may be cases where your name may not be in the project database if there are or were an unusually large number of participating investigators.  If so, use option #2 or #3):
